Do I need an internet connection for my alarms to work?

No. Sunvior is designed to work completely offline. Your alarms and daily affirmations are stored locally on your device, ensuring you always wake up on time, even in airplane mode.

Why didn't my alarm play any sound?

Please ensure your iPhone's ringer and alerts volume is turned up in your device settings. Also, check that your "Sleep/Wake" or "Do Not Disturb" focus modes are configured to allow notifications from Sunvior.

Is my personal data private?

Absolutely. We don't require you to create an account, and all of your data stays on your device. We have no servers to store your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
