Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Sunvior mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Sunvior.

2. Description of the Application

Sunvior is an iOS mobile application designed to function as an affirmation and motivational reminder. The App allows users to set daily moments paired with positive affirmations and provides tools to generate and share personalized affirmation cards.

3. User Accounts

Sunvior does not require you to create a user account to use the App. All core functionality, including setting moments and reading affirmations, is available immediately upon downloading the App. Your data and preferences are stored locally on your device.

4. In-App Purchases

Sunvior offers an optional, one-time in-app purchase called "Sunvior Premium." This is a non-consumable purchase processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Sunvior Premium does not renew and does not require a subscription.

5. Premium Features

Purchasing Sunvior Premium unlocks additional features within the App, including but not limited to:

  • AI-generated personalized affirmation cards.
  • Access to all premium card styles, including Golden Hour, Dusk, Moonlit, and Bloom.
  • Unlimited saving of affirmation cards.
  • The ability to regenerate AI affirmations until you are satisfied with the result.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments for Sunvior Premium are processed securely by Apple through your Apple ID account. We do not collect, process, or store your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. By choosing to purchase Sunvior Premium, you agree to Apple's pricing, payment, and billing policies.

8. Restore Purchases

If you delete and reinstall the App, or if you get a new iOS device, you can restore your Sunvior Premium purchase without paying again. Simply use the Restore Purchase feature located within the App's settings or Premium upgrade screen. You must be logged into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use the App to generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to restrict access to the App if you violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and other intellectual property within the App are owned by or licensed to Sunvior. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunvior and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the App.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or availability. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Refund Policy

Because all transactions are processed by Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or made an accidental purchase, you must request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
